Mega-mergers have been the top business news stories in recent months, and a St. Lawrence University graduate often gets quoted in those stories, for his expertise in antitrust law.

Kevin Arquit '75 is an antitrust attorney at Clifford Chance in New York. Among the recent cases which have made him sought after as a "talking head" on news shows are MasterCard/Visa vs. the justice department, the breakup of Microsoft, the proposed United Airlines takeover of the U.S. Airways and Vivendi SA's acquisition of Seagram Co.

Arquit authored an opinion piece on the Microsoft case for the Financial Times of London. Recent print and broadcast news media appearances for Arquit include The Washington Post, CNBC, CNN's "Burden of Proof," "Good Morning America" and National Public Radio's "Morning Edition."
