Travel Enrichment Grants

The following students are majors in the Modern Languages & Literatures Department who have received grants from the Center for International and Intercultural Studies to explore a topic of academic or personal / extra-curricular interest while studying abroad through our off-campus programs. Travel enrichment grants provide students with funding to supplement their experience while studying abroad and are intended to enhance their immersion in a foreign culture.

Spring 2004 Recipients

Amy Earl '05, of Acworth, NH will interview citizens of Madrid to investigate the effect of the bombings of March 11.

Jenna Stearns '06, of Trumansburg, NY, will study adult literacy and popular education in Spain.
