Quant Club Fall 2009 Activities Schedule
Please join us for these activities

We have a very active Quant Club with over fifty members. The Quant Club sponsors activities such as Pi Day (on 3/14, of course) and Euler's Birthday Party. We also have a regular colloquium series, primarily featuring student speakers, in which we serve pizza. All events are Quant Club meetings with pizza on Fridays from 1:00 - 1:30 pm in Valentine 205-6 unless otherwise noted.

September 4^th Adrienne Woodworth CS '10 presents her summer research developing an iPhone app.

September 18^th Katie Benzing discuss her summer internship involving statistics.

October 3^rd Family Weekend Department Open House, 10:00 - 11:00 am, QRC lounge in Valentine Hall. All families of students in the department are welcome!

October 30^th Faculty member, Dan Look presents "Mathematics and Horror" in honor of Halloween. Costumes encouraged!
