Marathon Training Group:

The fourth annual St. Lawrence University Marathon Training Group will be training for this year's races. The group's focus is on the April 30, 2005 race. The training program could also get your ready for Ottawa, Burlington, or other races that are held later in the month of May

Training Programs:

  • Hal Higdon's 18 Week Marathon Training Program (Novice and Intermediate Program)
  • Runners' World Half Marathon Training Program
  • Walking.Com Marathon Training Program

Group Runs:

  • Tuesdays, 4:30 PM
  • Thursdays, 4:30 PM
  • Sundays, 9:00 AM
  • All group runs depart from the main entrance of the Student Center
  • An AM run may also be added one weekday
