Join us for a beautiful run along a rolling scenic course. The marathon is a one look course, while the half marathon is an out and back course following the first quarter of the marathon route.

Packet Pickup:

Packet Pickup will be held in the St. Lawrence University Student Center and will be open as follows:
Friday, May 5: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Race Day: 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Medals & T-Shirts:

Unique medals will be awarded to all finishers of the marathon and half marathon. Quality long-sleeve t-shirts will be given to all participants

Locker Rooms and Showers:

St. Lawrence University locker rooms will be open to participants for changing and showering. Directions to the locker rooms will be provided at packet pickup.

Finishers' medals to marathon and half marathon finishers
Adirondack Chairs to overall male and female winner of the marathon
Award medals to male and female winners of each marathon and half marathon participation category
Award medals to overall male and female winner of the 5K. Award medals to the male and female winners of each 5K participation category

Aid Stations & Refreshments:

There will be aid stations at both the start and finish of the race as well as at every other mile throughout the course
Gatorade and water will be available on the marathon and half marathon course at each aid station as well as before and after all events. GU will be offered at mile 18. Bagels bananas, and coffee will be available after the races.

**Camp Sunshine is a retreat in Casco, Maine for children with life threatening illnesses and their families. The program is free to all families who attend and families come from around the world to attend the camp.

**The St. Lawrence Valley Renewal House for Victims of Family Violence is a non-profit agency providing support and shelter for victims of domestic violence. Renewal House offers 24-hour crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, personal and legal advocacy, children/youth services, safe-housing, educational programming, and basic information and referral
