The rain held off just long enough,
falling gently on empty chairs hours
after some 548 individuals became
the newest graduates of St. Lawrence
University on Sunday morning, May
19.
They received 309 Bachelor of
Arts degrees, 210 Bachelor of Science
degrees and 29 master's degrees.
Now is the time to chase adven-
tures, live on ramen, and do what
scares us,” said Rebecca Mason,
winner of the Joan Donovan Speech
Contest. “St. Lawrence will always be
at the center of our story, where we
not only learned to be individuals,
but also part of a happy community,”
added Senior Class President Amy
Callahan.
