Early Decision and #Snowpocolypse

Tomorrow marks November 1st, the traditional deadline for Early Decision applications at many schools across the country.  Just now I recieved a phone call from a guidance counselor worried about the process as most of New England is burried under snow and suffering from massive power outages.  With no power how are schools and students supposed to submit the application online?
