100 Nights to Graduation

St. Lawrence University

This Sunday was our official One Hundredth Night Celebration in Gunnison Chapel. For the seniors it was a bittersweet and surreal moment. We all piled into the pews and watched a slide show filled with pictures from freshman, sophomore, junior and senior year. The images were great, capturing moments that spanned throughout our SLU career. At the end of the ceremony the entire chapel sang our school's song, Alma Mater.

This year I will be participating in a very unique extracurricular activity! Each spring, my friend Jim Powers, makes a movie. These are full-length feature films and involve all St. Lawrence students. This year I will be acting in Baker's Dozen, his latest movie! It is set in 1958 at SLU and will be shown in the Student Center on our big screen sometime in April. I am VERY nervous but filming so far has been a blast. I learned pretty quickly how to tease my hair into a beehive!

Best Wishes & Acting Debuts,
Haley
