Evan, Blake, and I came to work this Monday proudly wearing
matching shirts that exclaim, “I Ate It All!” We woke up early before work on Monday and drove to Potsdam, just 10 minutes up the road, to the
Village Diner.

As part of our internship we have the opportunity to attend a “Send-Off” event with the class of 2012. Blake and I recently traveled to Hamburg, NY for an event at the home of Karen & Chris Kopp ’83 and their son Rob ’08. Our excursion had all the makings of a perfect road trip. Blake and I cranked some tunes and cruised to Western New York. Blake was even sweet enough to bake some chocolate chip cookies for the ride home.

I feel
extremely privileged to have the opportunity to be spending the summer at Saint
Lawrence University. The feel during the
summer is very relaxed and I have already had the chance to explore so many
unique places that I don’t get a chance to visit during the school year.
