Refworks is the bibliographic management software supported by the SLU Libraries. Refworks can be used to create a functional database of personal research, to organize and share bibliographic citations and complete documents, and to create bibliographies. Information on opening a new Refworks account is available in the videos to the right of the screen. RefWorks is available to the entire St. Lawrence community.
Refworks is switching over lock, stock, and barrel to their new look and feel. This means that if you set your Refworks account up before academic year 2016-17 you will likely need to move the content in the legacy Refworks account to the new Refworks. This means opening a new account, but once that is done, moving content is really quite simple. All of the details on moving from old RefWorks to the new are available in the videos on this page.
If you have questions about the new Refworks or legacy RefWorks please contact one of the public services librarians in ODY or Launders or the Research Assistants at the ODY Help Desk.
