A Symposium on Handwritten Documents

Rosen

When did you last think about what it means to write by hand? Over the month of April there are a series of events to encourage you to take pen in hand and think about words flowing from the wrist. The events start with sit down and write sessions in the Sullivan Center on April 10th and 17th , and conclude with an April 24th lecture on the relevance of Handwriting by New Atlantis Senior Editor Christine Rosen.

ODYsseus and Encore unavailable Tuesday, January 17th, 8 am-10 pm

The Libraries will be upgrading a server today, Tuesday, January 17.  The upgrade is expected to take the entire day: from 8 am to 10 pm. During this time you will not be able to search ODYsseus or Encore for library holdings.  You can, however, use ConnectNY  to search for our library holdings.  Books that you find can be checked out by hand at the ODY or Launders Circulation Desks.
