Letter of Employment
You will need a Letter of Employment in order to secure a U.S. Social Security Number. Please complete the Letter of Employment Request Form to obtain a letter. Once you submit the form, you will receive an e-mail when the letter is ready to be picked up. Please allow 2-3 days for your request to be processed. Enrollment Verification Letter
You may need a letter verifying that you are a full-time enrolled student at the University for maintaining health insurance in your home country, postponing military service, securing foreign visas, or other purposes. To obtain an Enrollment Verification Letter from this office, please complete the Enrollment Verification Request Form. Once you submit the form, you will receive an e-mail when the letter is ready to be picked up. Please allow one week for your request to be processed. You may also download an enrollment verification that is produced by the national clearinghouse directly from the APR system. Simply log on to APR and look for "Enrollment Verification" in the menu.
Graduation Invitation Letter
Seniors who wish to have family members secure U.S. visas to attend graduation will need a Graduation Invitation Letter for their family members to submit with their visa applications and have at their visa interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate. Family members should check early in senior year for processing times for visas in their country of residence, and seniors should request letters early enough to allow for mailing and visa application processing. To obtain a Graduation Invitation Letter, please complete the Graduation Invitation Request Form. Once you submit the form, you will receive an e-mail when the letter is ready to be picked up. Please allow 2-3 days for your request to be processed.
