Student Telephone Information
Your PIN is used to make any long distance calls. You must not be share your PIN with anyone.
You are responsible for any and all charges made by your PIN. By using your PIN,
you agree to
these terms and conditions.
To use your PIN:
- dial 8+1+area code+number
- after the beeps, dial your 7 digit PIN
- your call will be completed
Current rates are:
- .10 per minute 24 X 7 anywhere in the continental U.S.
- .15 per minute 24 X 7 anywhere in Canada
Access your phone bill online:
- Log in to Telecom billing
- Enter your PIN to access your account information
- You will see all calls made using your PIN and the amount owed
- If you have done any campus copying, these charges will be shown here as well. Your
phone bill will be e-mailed to you on the 22nd of each month, and you can pay your bill in person
at the North Country Savings Bank on the third floor of the student center.
