At the end of this year, two major economic and environmental decisions will
be made. Governor Cuomo will decide whether to ban hydraulic fracturing in New
York and President Obama will decide whether or not to approve the Keystone XL
pipeline.
The time for public opinion is running out. This is the chance for us to be
heard.
So, to give you an opportunity to speak, write or learn about both issues,
EAO will be having a table in the Student Center during lunch, Monday through Thursday 11-2 to offer
information about the extreme dangers of hydraulic fracturing and the pipeline.
Come to share your opinions whether for or against both issues. Or you could
always just stop by to chat!
We will have stickers and be selling our sporks and EAO bags!
