Printing Services

HP 1055cm PlotterThe Spatial Analysis Lab provides large format color printing to the campus community using a HP T1100ps plotter. Printing services are available to students, faculty and staff for the printing of posters and maps Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 4:30. A departmental budget code is required for all prints to cover printing costs. Printing prices are denoted at the bottom of the page.

 

 

Getting started with your map or poster:

  • For general information on printing please see the Guidelines for Printing
  • The standard poster is 36" x 48" printed on HP Bright White Inkjet paper.
  • The Science Forum provides excellent advice for creating posters with Powerpoint here.
  • For additional assistance contact the GIS Staff.
  • Please note that the use of the University seal or crest is restricted. See the Official University Seal Usage Policy.

When you are ready to print:

  • When your poster is finished and ready to be printed, save it to T:/Atlas/printjobs and fill in the Print Request form below:
  • If you prefer, stop by the Lab and fill out a hard copy. You can also print one out from here
  • We will print the poster and let you know when it is ready to be picked up
