Thanks to TAUNY for letting one of our First-Year Seminars use their demo kitchen Thursday morning! Students in the "Beyond Beef Bourguignon: The Creation of a Food-Obsessed Nation" FYS have been studying the people and events that have shaped our nation's appetite and created the concept of a "foodie." They made Quiche Lorraine and Crepes from Julia Child's famous book, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking."
