Instructions: In order to help us place you in a first-year course, we ask you to pay close attention to the first-year college and course descriptions. Every effort will be made to place you in a first-year college in which you are interested. Please fill out and submit this form no later than June 1, 2007. You can find the course descriptions here. 

NOTE: If you are requesting a specific roommate, you need to confer with your roommate ahead of time about which first-year courses you prefer. To share a room you both must be in the same First-Year College and course; therefore, you both must make the same selections on this college and course preference form. Please enter your roommate's name in the box below.
