Online Forms for the Class of 2013

Please be sure you complete all three forms: the FYP college preference form, the housing assignment profile, and the academic information form. All three forms are due at the FYP office no later than June 1st. We will gladly accept forms after the deadline, but on time forms receive priority. More information on the May and July mailings is here. Please do NOT fax forms other than the FYP Preference, Academic Info, Housing, and Statement of Obligation forms. If you complete these forms online or fax them, please mail all other forms in the envelope provided in the back of the New Student Guide (NSG) mailing. If you did not receive an envelope, our address is on the inside back cover of the NSG or send to Office of the First-Year Program, St. Lawrence University, 23 Romoda Drive, Canton, NY 13617.
