New International Student Applicants
The financial aid application process for international students is fairly straightforward. St. Lawrence University will automatically send you the foreign student aid application if you indicate on your admissions application an interest in being considered for financial assistance. It is also available for you to print from this site. Please note that the file is in PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat to view and print it. In addition to the Financial Aid Application, you will be required to complete a Certification of Finances if you are admitted to St. Lawrence University. This form is sent to all admitted international student applicants at the time of admission.

We offer both merit and need-based grants and scholarships for international students. Student employment opportunities and a small number of student loans are also available. Please be aware that St. Lawrence University Merit and Grant awards are very competitive.

The deadline for processing the Foreign Aid application for first year students is February 1st. Applications received after that date will be considered as funding allows.

The completed form needs to be submitted to the Financial Aid Office on or before April 17, 2012. Late applicants will be considered as funding permits.
