Early and Regular Decision Applicants Entering Fall 2008

St. Lawrence University offers two Early Decision (ED) application deadlines: November 15 and January 15. In order for us to provide early notification of an estimated financial aid award package, we have a New Student Financial Aid Application Supplement (FAAS).

The FAAS will be mailed to all Early Decision applicants who indicate an interest in being considered for financial assistance. It is also available for you to print from this site. Please note that the file is in PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat to view and print it. If you need Acrobat, download it here first before proceeding to the Financial Aid Application.

The FAAS should be completed, signed and sent directly to the Financial Aid Office at St. Lawrence University, Romoda Drive, Canton, NY 13617. SLU should be in receipt of the form on or before one of the two ED deadlines selected by the applicant.

Notification of financial assistance for Early Decision applicants typically will be at the same time as notification of the admissions decision as long as we have a completed FAAS on file.

Keep in mind that ED financial aid applicants still need to follow the "regular" decision process for financial aid. This will allow us to finalize your eligibility. This process is outlined on the informational page for first year students.
