My St. Lawrence Experience: Obtaining my degree from St. Lawrence has been one of the most significant transformations I have experienced in my professional life. Although I had many years of leadership experience prior to coming to St. Lawrence, the course work and faculty helped me to examine critical issues and to be purposeful in my leadership style. I gained valuable insights from classroom discussions as well as an opportunity to network with other professionals. I appreciated the flexibility of the program which allowed me to complete my degree while working full time. I found that my classroom work directly transferred into skills I could apply to my work. I developed a number of personal and professional relationships in my time at St. Lawrence that I will forever be grateful for. In addition, I was fortunate enough to work with Dr. Collins who coordinated the Educational Leadership Program while I was a student. Dr. Collins served as a wonderful mentor both in my educational and professional pursuits. Whether for professional advancement or for personal enrichment, I highly recommend the Leadership program at St. Lawrence. I will always value the time that I spent in this program at St. Lawrence University!
