If you need help looking for information on jobs, careers, internships, shadow experiences, resumes, cover letters and that sort of thing; come visit the McNair/CSTEP Office on Tuesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. where you can have a private appointment with a peer advisor from Career Services. Evan Slater is taking appointments and walk-ins—so take advantage of the opporText Box: sion; making transitions; reaching for academic honors; financial aid, jobs, scholarships and internships; and reflections from a senior panel will highlight the event.  Registration forms will be sent to you. CSTEP first year students are encouraged to attend. 
Plans are materializing for the annual spring Northern New York CSTEP Network Career Exploration Symposium. SLU will be host campus this year.

There are some changes in the planned November McNair/CSTEP meeting. First year students and sophomores  will meet on Nov. 12th at 4:15. The meeting will be in the Career Services Office. There will be cookies! Juniors and seniors are asked to attend the Professional Etiquette Dinner being scheduled for Nov. 19 . Members who attend will have their meal paid  if they identify themselves as members when they sign up.
