CSTEP, HEOP and McNair Students Attend Grad Conference

Fifteen SLU students were recent participants in the Underrepresented Minority Student Graduate School Awareness Conference at the University of Buffalo on Oct. 10-11. Sponsored primarily by the CSTEP and McNair programs, the students attended inspirational keynotes, workshops and a graduate school fair. They networked with other students considering graduate or professional schools and they met with UB’s Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate director, Elizabeth Colucci, a SLU alum. Feedback from the conference was positive.
