A total of 551 degrees will be awarded at today's ceremony. There are 506 candidates for bachelors' degrees, 38 candidates for the Master of Education degree and seven Certificates of Advanced Studies in education will be granted.

The five most popular majors this year are, in descending order:
            - Psychology (70)
            - Government (63)
            - Economics (49)
            - English (44)
            - History (41)
The same majors were the top five in 2006, in exactly the same order.

The senior with the highest cumulative grade-point average over four full years of study at St. Lawrence is Kimberly Chase Reardon, a resident of Colton; her GPA is 3.991 (out of a possible 4.0).
