Arrival Information - Spring
CHECKING-IN: Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 12th and continues until 3:30 p.m. When you arrive on campus, you should check in at the Information Desk in the Sullivan Student Center. At check-in, you will receive your student ID/meal card and the combination to your room.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CHECK-IN: You must present a government issued photo ID at check-in before you can receive your SLU ID/meal card. Also, your immunization records and health forms must be on file with the Health Center in order for you to begin check-in. MOVING INTO YOUR RESIDENCE HALL ROOM: Begins on Monday,
January 12th. Any requests to arrive on campus prior to Monday morning must be approved. If you need to discuss such a request please contact Res. Life at 315-229-5250 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
ACCOMMODATIONS: You may wish to stay in a hotel prior to your check-in on January 12th and/or your family may wish to stay over before heading back home. ORIENTATION: An orientation program for you and your family begins at 3:30 p.m. on January 12th. You will find an overview of the Orientation schedule and will receive a hard copy of a full schedule when you check-in.
