Hear about the logistics of student life, residential life and academia at St. Lawrence. Associate Dean of the First Year Rebecca Daniels, Associate Dean for Academic Advising, Evelyn Jennings, and Assistant Dean and Director of Residence Life, Chris Marquart will answer questions about academic life, living on campus, and student life. 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Welcome Session for Students
3:30-4:00pm: Q&A with SLU guides. Brainstorm some good ones!
4:00-5:00pm: Safety on Campus - How, when, and why to get a hold of security. Or, how to stay safe and sane (even during Halloween or Finals week!)
5:0-5:30pm: Getting Connected (IT) - Set-up your wireless connection, public printing, and all the other important tech-y things. Bring your computer.
5:30-6:00pm: Living on Campus - The low-down on dorm (suite, theme house, or greek house) life. Some rules, some stories, and a chance to get your roommate questions answered.		 Crandell Room #232

Schedule an individual academic advising appointment during the morning advising session for specific questions and/or get an introduction to what specifically the St. Lawrence Libraries have to offer - from the cataloging system (heads up: it's not the Dewey Decimal system) to the treehouses, and the 24-hour room.
