This information is important in assigning roommate preferences. Please take time to sit down and think critically about the type of person you want to live with for your first year at St. Lawrence.
What are your likes and dislikes? What are you looking for in a roommate? (See question 10.) To give us the maximum potential for assigning you a compatible roommate, please be honest and thorough when answering these questions.
Most first-year students take their FYP and three other courses during their fall semester. Late in June, you will be registered for one or two of your fall courses (in addition to your First-Year Program course). In early July, you will be sent notification by mail of this registration along with information about your FYP placement and housing. You will register for your other course(s) on campus during Orientation in August when you meet with your advisor.
The trips described herein are an auxiliary enterprise of the orientation program which formally begins Sunday, August 24, 2014. These trips are organized by the St. Lawrence University Outdoor Program and Center for Civic Engagement Office.
Please note that participation in these trips requires an earlier arrival to campus. Participants in one of the Outdoor Program trips will require arrival by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
All new full time students attending St. Lawrence University are required to submit the following documents for their student health file so they arrive on campus no later than JULY 20.
