Program Details

For a successful application to the Spain program, you should have

• an overall GPA of at least 2.8
• a 3.0 average in Spanish
• taken the equivalent of 3rd-year college-level study of Spanish (at least SPAN201 and SPAN202 at SLU)

Admission to the program is based on the quality of each student's application. Candidates must present a coherent academic rationale for participation in the Spain program and a record of academic performance that demonstrates your ability to meet the challenges of this program. You must also present evidence of maturity, responsibility and cultural sensitivity.

Students currently on disciplinary, social, or academic probation are not eligible to apply for, or participate in, this program or any other SLU program. In addition, students with outstanding disciplinary fines, service hours and/or education program requirements are not eligible to participate in the program.
