Feb 12-13: Programme field trip

Feb 27-March 7: Vacation

March:

Mar 8: Classes resume

Mar 19-20: Programme field trip

April:

April 5: Last day of 3 elective classes

April 6: Final exams

April 9-12: ND 250L Internship placements begin.

May:

May 7: ND 250L Internship placements end (at the end of the reglular work day).

May 8: Leave homestays.

May 10: Final grades due from instructors.

*NOTE: should you arrive in London before Saturday, 16 January 2010 you are responsible for your own accommodation. Families do not expect students at their homes before 16 January. They will want your airline, your flight number, arrival time and airport (Heathrow, Gatwick etc.). You must send this information to Thadine Wight, Office of International and Intercultural Education at SLU for immediate forwarding to your homestay family.

FALL 2009

Saturday 29 Arrive at homestay*
Monday 31 Bank Holiday. Orientation begins. Attendance required.

September
Wednesday 2 Orientation ends. Course registration.
Thursday 3 Classes begin.
Friday 25 to Saturday 26 Programme field trip.

October
Saturday 10 Vacation begins.
Sunday 18 Vacation ends.
Monday 19 Classes resume.
Friday 30 to Saturday 31  Programme field trip.

November
Monday 16 Last day of classes.
Tuesday 17 to Friday 20 Final exams.
Monday 23 ND 250L Internship placements begin.

December
Friday 18 ND 250L Internship placements end (at the end of the regular work day).
Saturday 19 Leave homestays.
