The Program in Kenya at a Glance
Fall or spring semester
- About one-third of the particpants are from other colleges
- Must have taken at least one African studies course (or Kiswahili)
- Three components:
- academic coursework
- field study components, including 4-week independent field study or advanced topic unit;
and
- individual homestays
- Must take Kiswahili while participating in program
