Additional Financial Aid

Students can apply for additional financial support from CIIS. You must complete the Additional Financial Aid form available in the online application by November 5 for Spring programs and April 5 for Fall/Year programs.
- Applications for airfare assistance are included in the program acceptance packet and must be submitted to the Center for International and Intercultural Studies by February 20 for Year or Fall Semester Programs or September 10 for spring semester programs. Assistance is based on financial need. No additional paperwork is necessary.
- CIIS administers some endowments (gifts to the university) which are designated for SLU student participants in our off-campus programs who need additional financial assistance.
