For Faculty and Staff

The Center for International and Intercultural Studies (CIIS) encourages faculty to incorporate off-campus study opportunities for students in their courses, either including a travel component as part of their semester courses or developing summer courses. 

 All faculty and staff taking any students off-campus for a course, program or research (excluding athletics) must submit a form on the Travel Registry. 

• As organizers of a study opportunity, faculty need to be familiar with your responsibilities.
• If you are planning a short-term travel component for a regular semester course, read the policy on short-term travel and complete the faculty application below.
• If you are planning a summerterm course, please complete the application.
