schedules are available upon request. To schedule interviews, contact our
recruiting coordinator at 315-229-5906.
Off-Campus Recruiting Program
Organizations not able to send representatives to campus are
still able to connect with St. Lawrence students through our Resume Referral
Program. Employers can fax, phone, e-mail
or mail us job descriptions. We advertise these positions to students, then
collect and forward resumes from interested students. You may then schedule
interviews at your organization by following up with individual candidates.
To schedule a resume referral, call 315-229-5906 or Fax 315-229-5627.

students. If you would like to post an employment opportunity that reaches
all 25 colleges, contact the St. Lawrence University Recruiting Coordinator,

Sponsoring A St. Lawrence Intern
St. Lawrence interns are dynamic, energetic individuals who
can contribute a fresh perspective and provide temporary assistance with special
projects. For employers, this represents a valuable opportunity to "try out"
students as potential employees with little or no risk.
Because the academic year at St. Lawrence follows a traditional,
two-semester calendar, Career Services suggests
two different options for internships: January recess (approximately
3 to 4 weeks) and/or Summer (up to 12 weeks). You may also choose to
design a program option that complements your organization's schedule.
Compensation is at the discretion of the sponsoring organization.
In an ideal world, all interns would be paid yet it is not a requirement for
sponsoring organizations.
To post an internship, complete an Internship
Information Form at http://www.stlawu.edu/career/internships/intform.php. You may also contact our Internship
Coordinator, Emily McDonnell or call 315-229-5906. Once we receive your internship description our staff will begin publicizing
your opportunity to the campus community. Interested students will contact
you directly or we can establish a more formal Resume Referral and collect
application materials for you. Additionally, to arrange on-campus interviews,
contact our Internship Coordinator.
If you are an alumnus of St. Lawrence and would like
to participate in our Alumni Internship Program, please contact Emily McDonnell, our Internship Coordinator.
