GOALS:
Learn and implement a variety of networking and job search strategies
Develop a concrete job search plan using on- and off-campus resources
Explore graduate school options including entrance exams
Continue to explore your chosen career field in depth
Prepare for your transition from St. Lawrence

WHAT TO DO:

• Go to your Senior Appointment which will be scheduled for you in September
• Use SAINTSLink to identify job opportunities and/or alumni you can connect with to network
• Take part in the On-Campus Recruiting  and Resume Referral program
• Attend the Graduate School Series to learn about Personal Statements, Testing and the Graduate and Professional School Fair
• Read the Senior Newsletter to stay up to date on workshops and events
• Apply to one of several consortia events that take place across the country including: Eastern College Career Days (ECCD), Career and Internship Connections (CIC) and Teacher Recruitment Days (TRD)
• Attend Alumni Networking Events on-campus and/or across the country
• Explore Going Global’s country guides and attend the Global Graduate Series for international opportunities
• Prepare for interviews with the Interview Guidebook and schedule a video-taped Mock Interview with a professional staff member
• Apply for funding from the Interview Travel Fund
• Register for the Senior Transition Series
