Coming this January! Get Connected with SLU Connect—DC
This January, students will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the DC Alumni network and DC culture with the all new SLU Connect—DC program which will run from January 6th through the 11th.
SLU Connect—DC is a week long experience that will take a select group of students down to DC for intensive and immersive, hands-on training from alumni in the field. Students will attend career and industry seminars, have the opportunity to network with alumni, listen to panels, attend site visits to the Hill and the State Departments and also have the opportunity to get real time feedback from alumni on interview and networking skills. At the conclusion of the week, students will have become experts in the business culture of Washington, with polished resumes and perfected interview skills, and of course, an amazing week of memories from the best inside tours

This program is open to all matriculated sophomores and juniors and is geared toward those students whose study focuses on the industries that DC has to offer. If you think you are ready to Get Connected this January, stop into Career Services on the main floor of the Sullivan Student Center and pick up a brochure or contact Carleen Pallante and firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
