Family Weekend Conversation with the Chaplain and Chapel Window Tour

Have a conversation with the Chaplain and a tour of the windows in our beautiful Gunnison Memorial Chapel. Join the Rev. Kathleen Buckley, University Chaplain, as she shares an emerging vision for religion and spirituality on college campuses, specifically at St. Lawrence University. Then enjoy a guided tour of the stained glass windows of the chapel as you learn about the historical significance of this treasured St. Lawrence place as well as the meaning behind the messages interwoven through each window.

Blessing of the Animals

The Annual Blessing of the Animals is sponsored by the Chaplain's Office and the Newman Club (Campus Catholic Ministries). Bring your cats, dogs, or other animals to be blessed in this special tradition in honor of St. Francis of Assisi on his feast day. If your pet is not available, bring a picture of your pet. Snacks for both humans and animals will be provided.
