Freshman Jasper Heaton shot hit collegiate low with a 74 on Saturday as the Saint men's golf team opened the spring portion of its season with a 10-stroke win in the Utica College Golf Invitational.

St. Lawrence University's men's golf team finished third in the St. Lawrence University Collegiate Invitational on Sunday, as while the Saints picked up ground on day one second place team New York University, St. John Fisher shot the low round of the day as a team on Sunday and snuck past the Saints and into second.

The St. Lawrence men's golf team is third overall and second among NCAA teams after day one of the 2010 St. Lawrence University Men's Invitational at the St. Lawrence University Golf Course.

All four St. Lawrence University scorers finished in the top ten as the Saints rolled to the team title in the Oswego Spring Invitational to complete the 2010 men's golf season on Sunday.
