Vangel was a tri-sport student-athlete, participating in football, skiing and baseball. The Hingham, MA native earned All-Star status from the Patriot League for his play on the gridion.

Scott Davies '15

Davies captained both the football and basketball teams while also participating in baseball. The Brewerton, NY native earned First Team All-League honors and was All-CNY Honorable Mention after becoming the school record-holder in passing yards.

Liam Ryan '15

Alfons Koziol '15

Koziol was a dual-sport athlete, serving as captain of the football team while participating in track and field. The Brooklyn, NY native earned All-Boro honors for his play on the gridiron and was Academic All-City as well.

Nate Howard

Nate Howard, a captain of St. Lawrence's 2010 Liberty League Championship team, returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach in the summer of 2011.

States: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, Rhode Island 

Howard, who earned First Team All-Conference accolades in his senior year, will continue to serve as the team's defensive line coach in the fall of 2012.  A certified strength and conditioning coach, Nate was a two-time Liberty League Academic Team member and a two-time John Berger Lineman of the Year Award winner. He graduated in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

During his time as an undergraduate student at St. Lawrence, Howard was a member of Male Athletes Against Sexual Violence and volunteered with the "Meals on Wheels" program. He finished with 135 tackles including 13.5 sacks, in 27 career games with the Scarlet and Brown.
