Powell, Saints Top Skidmore in Conference Opener, 12-7

Apr. 6: St. Lawrence University senior goaltender Paige Powell made 16 saves, backstopping the women's lacrosse team to a 12-7 victory over Skidmore College in the 2012 Liberty League opener in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Blue Knights Drop Saints 20-10 in Home Opener

Mar. 31: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team suffered a 20-10 loss to Geneseo State on Saturday afternoon in the team's 2012 home opener at Hall-Leet Stadium.  Junior Stephanie O'Rourke led the Saints with four goals, all of which came in the second half.

Balanced Attack Gives Saints 14-8 Win over Bears

Mar. 28: Five members of the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team had multi-goal games on Wednesday, as the Saints picked up a 14-8 win over Potsdam State in Potsdam, NY.

No. 3 Cortland State Hands Saints 18-6 Loss

Mar. 20: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team saw its two-game win streak come to a halt on Tuesday, as nationally-ranked No. 3 Cortland State opened up a 10-0 lead in the first half en route to an 18-6 win in Cortland, NY.

Hurley, Powell Lift Saints Past Brockport State, 15-14

Mar. 16: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team improved to 2-1 on the season thanks to a 15-14 victory on Friday over Brockport State in West Palm Beach, FL.  Junior Brigid Hurley led the Saints with a career-high eight goals, while senior co-captain Paige Powell made a career-high 14 saves to help her team hold off the Golden Eagles.

Saints Impressive in 20-9 Win Over Potsdam State

Mar. 15: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team picked up its first win of the 2012 season on Thursday in West Palm Beach, FL, as the Saints knocked off Potsdam State by the score of 20-9.

Saints Fall to Nazareth in Season Opener, 13-12

Mar. 13: The St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse team lost its 2012 season opener on Tuesday to Nazareth College by the score of 13-12 in West Palm Beach, FL.  The Saints were led by senior Alanna Piroli and junior Holly Noyes, who each had three goals.

Saints Set to Open 2012 Campaign against Nazareth

Mar. 7: The St. Lawrence women's lacrosse team will head to West Palm Beach, FL during the University's spring break for the opening three games of its 2012 season.  The Saints square off with Nazareth on Tuesday, March 13 in the opener, followed by games on Thursday and Friday.

Small was a dual-sport athlete, competing for the lacrosse the field hockey teams. The Darien, CT native also did well in the classroom, earning a spot on the Honor Roll.

2012:  Cunningham appeared in net in six games for the Saints throughout her rookie season.  The Pittsford, NY native will look to secure the starting goaltender job for the 2013 campaign. 

At Our Lady of Mercy

Cunningham was a four-sport athlete, participating in lacrosse, soccer, swimming and basketball. The Pittsford, NY native captained both the lacrosse and swim teams and earned All-Greater Rochester honors for swimming. Cunningham also excelled in the classroom, earning a spot on the Honor Roll for four years and scholar-athlete honors for lacrosse.
