Thompson was an exceptional student-athlete, playing both hockey and field hockey while earning several academic distinctions. She was selected to Team USA's Development Camp for hockey and was both the captain and MVP of the field hockey team. A High Honor student and member of both the National and Spanish National Honor Societies, Mikaela is the daughter of Bob and Michele Thompson and was born March 23, 1994.

Raniwsky comes to St. Lawrence after playing her rookie collegiate season at Niagara University, where she made the CHA's All-Rookie Team. The Windsor, ON native, who totaled 14 points (7g,7a) last season, won the Ed Jovanoski Hockey Award at the 2012 WESPY Awards in 2012.  Kayla was also a stand-out high school athlete, as she was All-City for both basketball and soccer and earned a spot on the Honor Roll. Born March 22, 1993, she is the daughter of Jerry and Toni Raniwsky.

Abbey McRae '16

McRae won silver at both the 2010 and 2011 Ontario Games and played for Team Ontario in the 2011 Canada Winter Games. The London, ON native, who captained the women's hockey squad at St. Thomas Aquinas, was a four-sport athlete, competing in hockey, inline hockey, track and field and soccer. Abbey matched her athletic efforts in the classroom, as she was a four-year Honor Roll student and won the school's English Award. The daughter of Basil and Jill McRae, she was born November 22, 1993.

Mazzocchi has served as the starting goaltender for Team Italy, and won that squad's Most Valuable Player award at the 2011 World Championships. Giulia also played for Italy at the 2009 and 2012 World Championships, and is a three-game MVP as well. Born August 16, 1991, she is the daughter of Vito and Laura Mazzocchi.

Marks was a USA PDC participant from 2008-2011, and won the 2010 USA National Championship skills competition (U-16). A member of the National Honor Society and an Honor Roll student, Jenna was a tri-sport athlete at Shattuck St. Mary's, where she played hockey as well as golf and softball. The daughter of Mitch and Dawn Marks, she was born on February 20, 1994.

Leimgardt won the bronze medal in the PWHL Provincials and Final Fours with the Mississauga Chiefs. A stand-out student-athlete, she played hockey, volleyball and basketball while earning the PEAC Legacy Award, honoring her school's strongest overall student-athlete. Victoria was a four-year Honor Roll student and won both the school's Leadership and Character Awards. Born May 4, 1994, she is the daughter of Ed and Bonnie Leimgardt.

Korakianitis served as the assistant captain of the 2011-12 Bluewater Hawks, the OWHA and PWHL gold medal winning team. The London, ON native, who finished her career in the top-5 in scoring by a defenseman in the PWHL, was a four-year Honor Roll student. The daughter of Nick and Teresa Korakianitis, Dominique was born February 7, 1994.

Born January 30, 1994, she is the daughter of Jim and Mary Bell.
