Sabatine’s Goal Gives Saints 1-1 Tie with Bobcats

Feb. 15: In what may prove to be a preview of the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals, the St. Lawrence University women's hockey team battled Quinnipiac University in a fast-paced, intense contest at Appleton Arena on Friday night. Though the Bobcats struck first, senior captain Kelly Sabatine's goal in the second period helped the Saints earn their second consecutive 1-1 tie.

Saints, Engineers Skate to 1-1 Draw

Feb. 9: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team skated to a 1-1 tie with Rensselaer on Saturday afternoon in Troy, NY. Senior captain Kelly Sabatine scored her 13th goal of the season in the third period to help the Saints earn a point in the conference standings.

Wilkinson, Saints Drop Union for Second Straight Win

Feb. 8: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team scored twice in the third period to snap a 1-1 tie en route to a 3-1 ECAC Hockey victory over Union College in Schenectady, NY on Friday night. Junior Dayle Wilkinson's first career goal midway through the third added an insurance tally to ensure the Saints of two points in the league standings.

Feb. 2: The @SLUsaints women's hockey team rallied for a 3-2 victory over nationally-ranked No. 6 Clarkson University on Saturday afternoon at Appleton Arena during the team's "Saints Go Social" event. Sophomore defenseman @BOObacca (Amanda Boulier) scored two goals including the game-winner.

Penalties Haunt Saints in 3-1 Loss at No. 6 Clarkson

Feb. 1: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team fell to nationally-ranked No. 6 Clarkson University on Friday by the score of 3-1 at Cheel Arena in Potsdam, NY. The Saints were unable to overcome nine penalties, as Clarkson scored two power play goals including the game-winner.

Saints Fall in Overtime to No. 2 Harvard, 3-2

Jan. 26: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team held the lead twice against nationally-ranked No. 2 Harvard University on Saturday afternoon at Appleton Arena. However, the Crimson would answer both times and come away with a 3-2 overtime victory, with the game-winner coming from Kalley Armstrong at 2:10 of the extra session to end what was an exciting, back-and-forth ECAC Hockey contest.

Boulier’s Blast Sends Saints Past Dartmouth, 2-1

Jan. 25: St. Lawrence University sophomore Amanda Boulier ripped a slap shot from inside the blue line past Dartmouth goalie Lindsay Holdcroft with only 4:35 remaining in regulation, lifting the Saints women's hockey team to a thrilling 2-1 victory over the Big Green at Appleton Arena on Friday night.

Saints, Raiders Skate to 1-1 Tie

Jan. 19: The St. Lawrence University women's hockey team skated to a 1-1 tie at Colgate University on Saturday afternoon in Hamilton, NY. Senior captain Kelly Sabatine scored the tying goal in the third period as the Saints earned one point in the ECAC Hockey contest.

Jenner, No. 4 Cornell Blank Saints, 6-0

Jan. 18: A showdown with nationally-ranked No. 4 Cornell University turned sour in the second period for the St. Lawrence University women's hockey team in Ithaca, NY on Friday night. After a scoreless first period, the Big Red scored three times in both the second and third periods to lay a 6-0 loss on the Saints in ECAC Hockey play.
