She has established the Saints among the region's top programs, tying the SLU record with 14 wins en route to both the New York State Women's Collegiate Athletic Association tournament title and the ECAC Mid-Atlantic field hockey championship in 2000.   Under her guidance, the Saints were NCAA Regional Finalists in 2001 and were Liberty League regular season co-champions in 2006, 2008 and 2009.

The Saints were Liberty League tournament finalists in 2004, 2006 and 2007.  Grembowicz was the league's Coach of the Year in 2001 and 2008 (Co-Coach of the Year).  She also had the opportunity to coach for the North team in the North-South Senior All Star game in 2004.

An assistant athletic director at St. Lawrence, Grembowicz was also the Saints softball coach from 1999-2012.  Building the program from the ground up, she coached numerous all-conference selections, and her team was conference champion in 2000 and runner-up in 2001. She began her Saint coaching career as women's basketball coach, and laid the foundation for a program which emerged as one of the top small college programs in the East.
