RPI Completes Sweep of Saints with 2 Sunday Wins

April 21: St. Lawrence University's baseball team will try to bounce back from a four-game Liberty League sweep by Rensselaer when it host Hamilton on Tuesday and Rochester in a four-game Liberty League set on Saturday and Sunday.

RPI Takes 1st Two of Liberty League Baseball Series

April 20: Junior outfielder Shane Matthews hit two home runs as Rensselaer rocked St. Lawrence University 16-5 in game two of a Liberty League doubleheader in Troy on Saturday, completing a sweep after a 2-1 win in the first game of the day.

Franz Paces Offense, Grady Earns 1st Win as Saints Rout Plattsburgh 15-4

April 17: Senior center fielder Carter Franz went four for five with two doubles, a triple and a home run as part of a 17-hit St. Lawrence University offensive outburst and freshman Frank Grady earned his first collegiate pitching victory as the Saints routed Plattsburgh State 15-4 at Tom Fay Field Wednesday afternoon improving to 13-8 on the season.

Saints Bounce Back With Game 2 Win, Split at Vassar

April 15: St. Lawrence University's baseball team bounced back from a 7-2 loss in game one to gain a butsplit in a Liberty League doubleheader at Vassar Monday, winning game two 11-5.

Fish Drives In 4, Saints Settle For Split at Vassar

April 14: Zane Fish hit a three-run triple and drove in all four runs as St. Lawrence University won game one of a Liberty League doubleheader at Vassar on Sunday, but the Brewers bounced back to claim a 4-2 win in the nightcap.

Weather Shifts Baseball Games To Poughkeepsie on Sunday & Monday

Apr. 12: St. Lawrence University's Liberty League baseball series with Vassar, originally scheduled for Tom Fay Field, have been moved to Vassar due to poor weather and field conditions in the North Country.

Union Sweeps Saints in Liberty League Series

Apr. 9: Union College scored twice in the bottom of the 10th inning to overcome a 4-3 St. Lawrence University lead and swept a Liberty League doubleheader from the Saints 5-4 and 6-3 in Schenectady on Tuesday.

Franz Homer, Prindle Pitching Sets Stage for Saint Sweep

Apr. 7: Senior Carter Franz hit a two-run homer in the top of the third inning and junior Kevin Prindle made it stand up for his first St. Lawrence University victory and Franz, Jeff Kott and Paul Piatelli provided key hits in game two as the Saints swept a Liberty League doubleheader with Skidmore, 2-1 and 7-2 at Tom Fay Field Sunday afternoon.

Saints Split with Thoroughbreds

April 6:  The St. Lawrence University men's baseball team scored the go-ahead run in the fifth inning of game one against Skidmore on Saturday and held on for the 4-3 victory.  In the second game, the Saints rallied late but were done in by the Thoroughbred's 15 hits in an 8-5 setback.  The two teams will meet again tomorrow afternoon for another pair of Liberty League games.   

Games Postponed Due to Weather

April 2: The St. Lawrence University softball and baseball teams' games against Potsdam and Oswego, respectively, have have been postponed due to the weather.  Be sure to check back to the Saints Athletic Website for the rescheduled dates which are yet to be determined.
