Petramale was a tri-sport student-athlete, competing in Cross Country, Nordic Skiing and Track and Field. The Queensbury, NY native is a three-time league champion and four-time section winner. A member of three Honor Societies, Steve was a three-year captain and earned a spot on the Principal's List for academic achievement.

2011-12 Indoor: A Liberty League All Academic selection,  Zach ran the mile, 5000 and 3000 in his frst indoor season and finished third in the Saints Indoor Invitational in the 5000.2012 Outdoor: Zach ran the steeplechase with a personal best of 9:46.75 at the NYSCTC Championship, finishing seventh.

2010-11: Zach missed the indoor season with an injury, but ran the 800, 1500 and steeplechase in the outdoor season, finishing eighth in the Liberty League in the steeplechase.

At Albany Academy
Nelson was a tri-sport athlete, competing in Cross Country as well as Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field. The Knox, NY native was a three-time MVP of the cross country squad and was a four-time Colonial Council All-Star. A High Honor Roll student, Zach was the recipient of the Sportsmanship Award for both track and field and cross country.

2011-12 Indoor: Brian established personal bests in the high jump and triple jump and matched his PR in the long jump. A Liberty League All Academic performer, he was fourth in both the Liberty League and NYSCTC Championships in the high jump.2012 Outdoor: Brian was second in the NYSCTC high jump outdoors and fifth in the Liberty League .

2010-11 Brian was Liberty League indoor champion in the high jump and tied for third in the NYSCTC Indoor Championships. He was second in the triple jump in the Liberty League outdoor championships and finished fourth in the Liberty League outdoor high jump.

At C.W. Baker
Brian ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field in addition to playing soccer competing in swimmming. He was fourth in the New York State meet in the high jump outdoors and second indoors and set the school high jump record indoors. He was a four-time all league selection. He was also a nine-time scholar athlete and was a member of the Naitonal Honor Society.

2011-12 Indoor: Corey posted personal bests in the 800, 1000 and mile and ran his first collegiate 3000 and 600 as a sophomore. He also ran on the 4x800 relay which ran the best time of the year with a 7:55.47 clocking at the ECAC Championships and ran on DMR teams.2012 Outdoor: Corey ran the 800, 1500 and steeplechase during the outdoor season and established personal bests in the 1500 and steeplechase.

010-11: Corey ran the 800, 1000 and mile during the indoor season with a win in the mile at the Can Am Challenge.

At Milford
Hahnl was a tri-sport stand-out athlete, captaining the Cross Country as well as Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field. The Milford, NH native is a two-time All-State honoree for track and field and is part of the Class I 4x800 relay record holding team. Corey also excelled in the classroom, as he was a High Honor Roll student and was inducted into the National Honor Society.

2011-12 Indoor: Jon established personal bests in the 800 with a 1:57.78 clocking at the Denault invitational and in the 1000 with a 2:34.80 run at the Terrier Classic. He also ran on the 4x800 relay, anchoring a team which ran a season's best of 7;55.47 at the ECAC championship and ran on the DMR which ran a season's best of 10:18.86 also at the ECAC meet .2012 Outdoor: Jon ran personal bests in the 800, 1500 and steeplechase, placing third in the steeple in the Liberty League Championships

2010-11: Jon ran a variety of distances for the Saints in his first intercollegiate season, finishing fifth in the Liberty League 800 indoors and sixth in the Liberty league steeplechase outdoors. He also ran on 4x400, 4x800 and Distance Medley Relay teams.He was a member of the second place NYSCTC DMR, the champion Liberty League DMR and the fourth place Liberty League 4x400 outdoor relay teams.


At Norwood-Norfolk
Eng was the captain of both the Cross Country and Track and Field teams. A 15-time All-Conference honoree, he was named the NAC's Most Valuable Performer three times. Jon, who was inducted into the National Honor Society, was also a High Honor Roll student.

2010-11: Brendan ran the 1000, 3000, 5000 and mile during the indoor season, placing ninth in the Liberty League in the 5000.

At Beekmantown
Courneene was a tri-sport athlete, participating in Cross Country as well as Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field. The Plattsburgh, NY native served was a team captain and was a state and federation competitor. A member of the National Honor Society, Brendan earned a spot on the High Honor Roll.

Dr. Matthew Skeels

Dr. Matthew Skeels will continue to serve as a Faculty/Staff Mentor to the men's track and field team in 2012-2013.

Ph.D. - Clarkson University

Dr. Skeels is an Assistant Professor in the Chemistry Department at St. Lawrence University. He has taught a variety of classes including General Chemistry, Quantitative Analysis, Instrumental Analysis and Environmental Chemistry.

Phil Trivilino

Phil Trivilino, the manager of network infrastructure for St. Lawrence University's Information Technology, will continue to serve as a Faculty/Staff Mentor to the Men's Track and Field team in 2012-2013.

Phil has over 15 years of experience in the IT division at St. Lawrence University, including five years as a PC repair technician and three as a network technician. He now serves as the Manager of Network Infrastructure.

A very self-motivated individual, Phil believes in self education and utilizing specific learning opportunities as primary sources for technology skill development. Among his most important contributions to date, Phil has orchestrated a wireless network design and deployment for St. Lawrence. Utilizing Cisco hardware and Microsoft servers, a "zero configuration" guest access network and a "no software installs" secure authenticated network were implemented.

Ramsey Named Liberty League Track Performer of the Year, Saints 10th In Program of the Year Standings

St. Lawrence University junior Dan Ramsey was named the 2010 Liberty League Outdoor Track Performer of the Year in voting by the league coaches, completing a sweep of the top awards for track and cross country athletes in the Liberty League for the season.
