Colgan was inducted into the National Honor Society while earning a place on the honor roll for four straight years. A standout alpine skier, Colgan was named to the Rocky Mountain All-Star team.

Alex Norden

Alex Norden, a 2010 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, joined the Saints staff as the assistant alpine ski coach in the fall of 2012. 

Alex was a four-year member of the Wildcats varsity alpine ski team, captaining the squad in 2009.  She also participated in track and field at UNH where she earned NCAA All-Academic honors.

After graduating from UNH, Norden was an assistant ski coach at Killington Mountain School in Vermont for two years.  Also an outdoor educator, she has served as an activities counselor at Rippleffect in Casco Bay, Maine. 

The Conway, NH native graduated with a B.S. in psychology with a minor in sports studies. 

Scott, Durham in Top-20 at NCAA Slalom Race

Mar. 10: First-year student Graham Scott and junior Ashley-Kate Durham each earned a spot in the top-20 of the slalom on Saturday at the 2012 NCAA Ski Championships at Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT.  Scott propelled himself into the top-20 of the men's race behind a second run time of 54.44, the fastest in the field.

Mar. 8: Three members of the St. Lawrence University alpine ski team, junior Ashley-Kate Durham, sophomore Dustin Martin and rookie Graham Scott, competed in the giant slalom on Thursday at the 2012 NCAA Championships at Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, MT.

Mar. 7: St. Lawrence University junior Ashley-Kate Durham earned 2012 All-East Second Team honors for her performances throughout the EISA Carnival season.

Scott, Martin Lead Saints to Second Place at EISA’s

Feb. 26: St. Lawrence University first-year student Graham Scott and sophomore Dustin Martin each earned top-10 finishes, leading the men's alpine ski team to a program-best second place finish in the giant slalom yesterday at the 2012 EISA Championships in Middlebury, VT.

Visconti in Slalom Top-10 at EISA Championships

Feb. 24: St. Lawrence University first-year alpine skier Allison Visconti earned her first collegiate top-10 finish on Friday, as the Saints competed in the slalom at the 2012 EISA Championships in Middlebury, VT.  Visconti and sophomore Ben DeFlavio led both the men's and women's teams to seventh place in the team standings.

Durham, Barry in Top-10, Saints Fourth in GS

Feb. 18: The St. Lawrence University alpine ski teams competed in the giant slalom on Saturday at the 2012 Williams Carnival at Jiminy Peak.  Junior Ashley-Kate Durham and sophomore Caroline Barry earned top-10 finishes, leading the Saints women's team to fourth place overall.

Feb. 17: St. Lawrence University junior Ashley-Kate Durham and sophomore Caroline Barry each earned a spot in the top-10 of the women's slalom on Friday to lead the Saints alpine ski teams at the 2012 Williams Carnival at Jiminy Peak in Hancock, MA.

Scott Edges Closer to NCAA Bid, Ninth at EISA Make-Up

Feb. 15: St. Lawrence University first-year alpine skier Graham Scott vaulted himself into the mix for the 2012 NCAA Championships at Sunday's EISA Make-Up race held at Burke Mountain in East Burke, VT.  The rookie posted his second ninth place finish of the season in the giant slalom race that was held because of a previous cancelation at the UNH Carnival.
