Marisa was a four-sport student-athlete, competing for the volleyball,
cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams. The
Pennellville, NY native captained each of those squads, including
volleyball for three seasons. A member of the National Honor Society,
she earned First Team All-League honors for volleyball and cross country
and was fourth in the state meet in the high jump. She competed on the Saint volleyball team in the fall.
