Senior Elizabeth Ronty's run was cut short in the fifth singles bracket quarterfinals.

Oct 18:  The St.Lawrence University women's tennis team completed competition Saturday at the NYS Women's Tennis Championships in Ithaca, NY after advancing three student-athletesto the quarterfinals.

In the second singles bracket quarterfinals, first-yearShannon Murphy was defeated by St. John Fisher's Elena Vahl, while Sarah Hollisof Ithaca cut senior Elizabeth Ronty's run short 6-0, 6-1 in the fifth singlesbracket quarterfinals.

Remy Raevesky of William Smith dropped sophomore VictoriaAult 6-1,6-0 in the sixth singles bracket quarterfinals.

This tournament ends the Lady Saints 2009 fall season.
