2012:  Friesen led the Saints' offense with 19 points on the season (7g, 5a) and recorded her first collegiate hat trick in St. Lawrence's 10-0 season-opening victory over John Jay.  The Niagara on the Lake, Ontario native earned Liberty League Honorable Mention honors and was named to the All-Academic Team for the second consecutive year and is a member of Circle K on campus.

2011: Julia played in all 17 games for the Saints as a sophomore and scored two goals, both of which were game-winners. She scored the game winner in the Lotto Tournament win over SUNYIT and also had the winner in a victory over Potsdam. She earned Liberty League All Academic honors for her efforts in the classroom.

2010: Julia had an outstanding rookie season for the Saints, playing in all 18 games and starting three. She scored her first collegiate goal in a 5-0 win over Simmons College and finished the year with 16 shots on goal.

At Niagara District Secondary:  Friesen was named MVP of her soccer team in 2009 and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.  She was a forward and central midfielder for her club team, the Niagara Rush.
