2011-12: Sullivan saw time in 15 games during her junior season and scored a power play goal against Mercyhurst on November 22.
2010-11: Sullivan set a new career-high in assists with seven in her sophomore year. The Caledonia, ON native had 16 points in 36 games including a team-high three game-winning tallies against Vermont and Colgate (2x).
2009-10: Sullivan was one of the Saints' primary offensive threats in her rookie season, as she finished second on the roster with 12 goals. The Caledonia, ON native had 17 points in her first year, including a team-high three game-winning goals (Brown 10/31; RPI 2/6; Dartmouth 2/20). Kayla also scored a team-high five power play goals.

Sullivan was a line-mate of fellow classmate Kelly Sabatine for the last two seasons with the Stoney Creek Sabres. She is the second leading scorer in Ontario PWHL, having totaled 65 points (29g, 36a) in 33 games while serving as one of the team's captains. A native of Caledonia, ON, Sullivan also played two seasons with Team Ontario, while being named the 2007-08 Athlete of the Year and MVP of the hockey team at McKinnon Park High School.
