Jodi Canfield was named the head coach of the St. Lawrence University women's lacrosse program in 1999. Since taking over, she has posted a 104-79 record, including a 14-5 record in the 2002 season as the Saints advanced to the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Tournament championship game.
Canfield guided the Scarlet and Brown to a 12-5 record and a 6-2 conference mark in 2010 that landed them in third place in the conference standings. In 2008, St. Lawrence enjoyed an 11-5 overall record and a 5-3 conference mark in 2008 that earned them a spot in the Liberty League Tournament. St. Lawrence had five players earn conference postseason accolades in 2010. Canfield is adamant about her players' successes off the field as well, as eight players received conference All-Academic accolades in 2011, while the entire squad once again earned All-Academic status from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaching Association.
Canfield graduated from St. Lawrence in 1991 and was a member of the NCAA runner-up squad in 1990, inducted into the St. Lawrence University Athletic Department Hall of Fame in the Fall of 2002. A multi-sport athlete, Canfield also played on the Saints tennis team. In addition, Jodi was an exemplary student-athlete being named Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honorary.

Ashley Pike, a 2007 graduate of Syracuse University, joined the Saints' coaching staff as an assistant for the 2010 season.
Pike, a native of Watertown, NY, received her degree in Sports Management after an outstanding career with the Orange's women's lacrosse program. A four year starter, Pike was a Third Team National All-America and a First Team All-Region selection in her senior year. While at Syracuse, Pike was part of a team that won the 2007 Big East Championship and advanced to the NCAA Elite 8.
Pike, who served as a volunteer assistant coach for Syracuse University last season, was an offensive force during her senior season. Mainly a defensive midfielder and goalkeeper her first three seasons with the Orange, Pike recorded 52 points on 44 goals and eight assists after totaling only eight points and four goals her first three years at Syracuse. Her 44 goals in 2007 are tied for the seventh-highest total in school history.

"I am a neuroscientist with research interests in ion channel physiology and neurodegeneration.I teach Introductory and Advanced Neuroscience as well as the upper level electives Cellular Mechanisms of Memory and Drugs and the Brain. Because students are an integral part of my research program, I typically have several working with me every semester.
